The word "Reiki" is derived from two Japanese words: "rei," which means "universal," and "ki," which means "life energy" or "vital force." As a certified Reiki practitioner I hold to the belief that energy flows through all living beings and that disruptions or imbalances in this energy can lead to physical or emotional blocks within the body. Reiki can restore a feeling of calm and relaxation within the system and return the system back to a state of flow.

In a card pulling session, I as the practitioner may use oracle cards, or other divination tools to facilitate the process. Together we will set an intention for our time together. These types of sessions aim to provide clarity, guidance and support on your spiritual journey or in navigating life’s challenges and decisions.
